FYI- I was just notified by my supplier Lots to Say Baby that all of their pacifiers are in full compliance for the sections that apply to these fantastic products. Here is an excerpt from her email notice to me:

Lots to Say Baby’s number one priority is the safety of all of our products. We have been following the CPSC and CPSIA regulations along with the changes to these regulations very closely and want to assure you of our full compliance. The sections that currently apply to our pacifiers are listed below.
- 16 C.F.R. Part 1511 – Requirements for Pacifiers
- 16 C.F.R. Part 1303 – Ban of Lead-Containing Paint
- CPSIA Section 101 – Children’s Products Containing Lead
- CPSIA Section 108 – Prohibition on Sale of Certain Products Containing Specified Phthalates.”
